To become a Care & Share
Program's Coordinator requires that the home
office have a signed copy of both the
independent contractors agreement and an IRS
W-9 form on file prior to any checks being
issued. Due to the legal nature of these
documents they must be sent snail mail.
Please send originals
signed in blue ink and make a copy for your
records.
If for some reason you need these documents
mailed to you. You can make the request by
emailing Granny @ computergranny@gmail.com
or by snail mail to the address below. Please
include your name and mailing address with
the request.

and organizations in your area who would
welcome your assistance. Contact your local
chamber of commerce.
Tip: Don't forget
about youth activities such as sports clubs,
dance groups, cheerleading squads! Most of
these young people have grandparents who
love to help! What better way to assist in
raising money for out of town events,
uniforms and other worthwhile projects.
