Who is Char Wood the
Computer Granny?
Free thumbnail lesson:
When a web site wants you to be able to see
pictures, but does not want the site to load
slowly, they will create something called a
THUMBNAIL picture.
A thumbnail is a smaller version of each
picture that when clicked on brings up the
larger version.
Click on the thumbnails below to see some of
Granny's accomplishments.
To
"ZOOM" in on the larger picture place your
pointer on the picture and click.
Or look for
this symbol. Which one you have will depend
totally upon what software you have on your
computer. (Yes understanding "software" is
in the book.
)
To
come back to this page click on the BACK
button at the top, left of the window
that will appear. Yours should look similar,
but not necessarily exactly the same. That's
normal.
