Full installation of Malwarebytes
1. If you do not have the free version yet. after paying for the product, there will be a button for you to download the program on the receipt page along with the registration numbers required to register it. Simply click on DOWNLOAD, but do not close the page, you need the registration numbers. If needed agree to the security message to download the file and click RUN from the box. Be patient, the speed of the installation will depend upon the speed of your online connection.
2. Click OK to select English
3. Now you should see a Welcome window. How it looks is subject to change. To continue with the installation click on the "Next" button.
4. Check the small box called "I accept the agreement" and click on "Next" button.
5. Click on the "Next" button to continue with the installation :
6. Leave this box and the one after it as it is and click on the "Next" button.

8. You can choose to create an icon for your desktop and a quick launch icon. Click "Next" to continue
9. Click the "Install" button and the installation will start. The installation will take time so be patient.
10. Click Finish.
11. Allow the update to finish before proceeding. You'll find that there are new menaces to be protected against nearly every day!
12. I suggest you "Perform full scan" by selecting this option and click on the "Scan" button to start the scanning process : You only need to scan the C: drive.
Keep in mind a full scan will take anywhere from one to four hours and perhaps even longer depending on the speed of your computer but you may do other things when it is running. If you don't like it on your desktop simply minimize it to the taskbar but let it run the scan.
13. When the scan is complete there will be a box telling you whether or not there were infections found. If yes, see the illustration below.
This scan detected 3 infections. After pressing "OK" button it will show you the results.
To remove the detected infections, make sure that there is a checkmark to the left of each item in the list. Then click on the "Remove selected" button under the list.
