About Granny
Hi everyone,
 The
first thing that most of
my clients want to know
is how to pronounce my
name.
The "Char" is short for
Charlotte. When I was
born there were already
two Charlotte's and a
Charlene so I pretty
much became Char at
birth. That is unless
someone was mad at me.
THEN they'd use my given
name followed by my
middle name. But I
digress.
The most important thing
to know about me is that
I've been in business
here in the Daytona FL
area for over a decade.
After graduating with
honors with my degree in
computer programming and
software engineering in
1999, my late husband
Ron and I opened the
Adult Beginner's
Computer School
in the Big Tree Shopping
Center. It was the very
first computer school in
the area strictly for
adults over the age of
50.
So much life has
happened since that
time. I lost my husband
in 2003 and we all know
what's transpired with
the economy lately. But
fortunately, even though
I had to close the
school, I decided to get
a van and take Granny's
repair and teaching
skills on the road to
earn a living. I'm also
pleased that I've been
able to keep my prices
way under my "male"
competition in the area
and I offer better
service to go along with
my reasonable price.
